Group Classes

We offer a wide variety of classes and times designed for all levels of fitness. We encourage you to try all of the classes and choose the best ones for you. Most classes are FREE to all members. Please refer to current Schedules for times and location of classes.

Classes Offered

  • Aqua Works – Low impact full body cardiovascular and toning workout for all levels. Excellent for the mature adult.
  • Balance and Core – This introductory class emphasizes abdominal/back strength, balance, injury prevention and overall flexibility.
  • Boot Camp – A continuous changing format to give you a full body workout using a combination of weights, body weight an cardio intervals. Easily modified or intensified for you workout needs.
  • C5 – This is a 45 minute class that uses Concept Two Rowers, Life Fitness Bikes, Ski Ergs, Krankcycles and the Curve treadmills for a complete cardio workout that will make you SWEAT!
  • Cardio Conditioning – A training class combining drills and intervals on the floor or step. All levels welcome.
  • Core Synergy – This class focuses on core training that not only improvesd core strength, postural alignment, balance and spinal stability but will also increase overall muscle strength.
  • Express Spin – A 30 minute “get in and get it done” spin class.
  • Foundation Yoga – A gentle introductory class that moves through sun salutations, seated and standing poses, shoulder and hip openers. All designed to revitalize, strengthen and balance the body.
  • Fundamental TRX – Learn the basics of TRX with a balanced routine of upper and lower body exercises set at a tempo that will challenge your heart, lungs and muscles.
  • Group Active – Activate your life with Group Active!  Incorporating all elements of fitness this class will increase cardio fitness, build strength, improve balance and flexibility.  Get  more out of life, GET ACTIVE!!!
  • Group Blast – BLAST OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast® will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!
  • Group Centergy – Redefine your self with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy!
  • Group Groove – If you can move, you can Groove. You’ll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes. Supportive, funky, easygoing instructors help you Get A Move On! with Group Groove.
  • Group Fight– This is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories, builds total body strength, taps into the hottest mixed martial arts movement, to SMASH your cardio fitness!
  • Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!
  • Group Ride – Get your Ride On with Group Ride®! This huge calorie burner builds great-looking legs! Group Ride is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. Ride On!
  • Kid Fit – This is a 45 minute youth movement class for 7-10 year olds. Loaded with fun activities, coordination drills and much more. Designed to get kids moving! Every Wednesday at 4 p.m. with Coach Angela. Sign up at service desk.
  • LaBlast – Created by world renowned dancer and ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” professional, Louis Van Amstel, LaBlast uniquely combines a wide variety of ballroom dance styles and music genres. Do the Cha Cha Cha, Disco, Jive, Merengue, Salsa and Samba set to everything from pop and rock to hip-hop and country. Burn fat and blast calories! No experience and no partner necessary.
  • Muscles in Motion – Strength workout with barbells, bands, and body weight.
  • Oxygen & Iron – Kettlebells, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes, treadmills, tires and other toys are used to provide each participant with a personalized and safe version of Crossfit,PX90 type of workout. This is a 45 minute, 8 week small group training class with a limited number of participants that is offered at an additional cost. The Oxygen and Iron room is located at the main club.
  • Power Flow Yoga – The focus of this calss is to build strength, flexibility and balance with breath work and continuous movement.
  • Pilates – A core-focused blend of strength and flexibility. Elements emphasized are postural alignment, stretching, breathing, injury prevention and rehabilitation. All levels welcome.
  • Real Ride – Designed with the outdoor cyclist in mind. You will be climbing hills, rolling through valleys, riding a pace line, working on pedal stroke and more!!
  • Recess Ride – Nothing serious and always entertaining. Challenge your fitness level with climbs, sprints and endurance work for 45 minutes of FUN!
  • Spinning – 45-minutes of Group Cycling. Go at your own pace and ride!
  • Superior Spin – You asked for it, we brought it, 60 minutes of group cycling.
  • Thermo Threshold – This is a no holds bar, 45 minute class, that will use HIIT, Tabata and plyometric training mixed with body weight exercises to bring a deep muscle burn and leave you drenched in sweat.
  • Washboard Abs – This is a 15 minute class that will blast your core!!Emphasizing on strength and endurance of the core body muscles. High energy and functional exercises to get the strong abs you have always wanted.
  • Yoga – Yoga is an individualized total body workout with the union of flexibility, balance, strength, and breathing. Each class is modifiable for all.
  • Yoga 90 – A 90-minute version of our yoga classes that allows you to hold your poses longer and gives more relaxation time.
  • Zumba – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Latin-inspired international music and dance steps to form a “fitness-party” that’s downright addictive.
  • Zumba Gold – A basic, low impact version of our Zumba classes.
