Youth Classes

Boxing provides kids with essential skills that benefit so many aspects of their development, inside and outside of the ring. Safely learn to punch with qualified coaches that promote a healthy body, boosts self-confidence, and increases hand-eye coordination. Ages 6-12.

Women's Classes

Women’s Boxing Fitness is a fast-paced class that uses heavy bags, hand targets and partner drills to build skill and technique. These classes serve as both an excellent workout in addition to building endurance, skilled technique, confidence, and self-defense capabilities. This class is for females 13 years and above.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy workout designed to sculpt your body, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and unleash your inner warrior. The dynamic class seamlessly blends the power and precision of kickboxing techniques with targeted conditioning exercises, providing a comprehensive and exhilarating fitness experience. In this action-packed class you will learn fundamental kickboxing moves, including punches, kicks, elbow/knee strikes, and fancy footwork, all while being guided by our experienced instructors.
