What You Need To Know…

  • Reservations require a minimum 2 hour notice in advance and can be taken days or weeks in advance. Reservations are priced at $4.00/hour per child.
  • Walk-ins, those using childcare without 2 hour advance notice, are priced at an additional $5.00/child for the first hour.
  • All childcare reservations and walk-ins have a maximum duration of 2 hours.
  • No-shows, those with a reservation who fail to cancel the reservation in advance, are charged $1.00/child.
  • When children are signed in or signed out of childcare, we will ask for a picture ID to confirm the responsible parties.
  • Childcare is for use during exercise, whether using the facilities equipment, or using the facility as a base for outdoor exercise. There is a $15.00/hour per child fee for violations of this policy.
  • Infants 6 weeks and older are accepted into childcare. More than one infant may be accepted at the discretion of our childcare employees.
  • Children wearing diapers must arrive clean, and we must be provided with extra diapers and wipes for the duration of their stay.
  • Visibly ill children, those with a cough, runny nose, fever, or those who are vomiting, will not be accepted into childcare.
  • Disciplinary action is taken in 3 steps:
    • Warning
    • Time out
    • Parental request to pick up child
  • Fees are automatically billed to the account, if a member. Non-members must pay at the front desk before leaving the facility.
