How many locations do you have?
We have 3 locations. Superior Athletic – Main Club on Cardley Ave. in Medford, Superior Athletic – Club II on Barnett in Medford, and Superior Fitness in Eagle Point.

What is your cancellation policy?
Membership cancellation is easy at Superior. If you experience a life change and need to modify or cancel your membership, just connect with our guest services representative and we will walk you through our simple cancellation policy.

Can I upgrade/downgrade membership?
We are always available to discuss what membership is best for you and your family. If you find that the membership you started with no longer fits your fitness needs, we are happy to help modify your membership with you.

Do you provide training?
We currently have 12 professional trainers and over 30 group fitness instructors who are 100% committed to help you reach your goals of any fitness level. Speak with our customer service representative who will assist in finding the best trainer to fill your needs.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, auto-deduct, debit cards, and checks. If you need assistance with payment options, please reach out to our guest services representative at the front desk and they will connect you with the right person/s.

Can I have a tour?
Absolutely! This is one of our favorite things to do. Showing our guests around our facility gives us the ability to get to know you and find out your needs and interests. We are here to assist you in any way possible.
